Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer with a focus on Integration and Service Cloud. The position is located in Delhi, India. In this role, the individual will design, develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include customizing Salesforce functionality, integrating Salesforce with other systems, managing Service Cloud features, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and customization of its features
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques, including APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
• Experience in database management and proficiency in Salesforce Data Loader and SOQL
• Problem-solving skills with expertise in troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce solutions
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Salesforce Developer Certification or Administrator Certification is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
