What we are looking for

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 57 years

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is passionate about building scalable solutions and driving innovation on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on developer with deep platform knowledge, capable of designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

Salesforce Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
• Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes to support complex business requirements.
• Develop custom Lightning components and UI experiences aligned with product needs.
• Implement process automation using Flows and other Salesforce automation tools.
• Participate in Salesforce data model design and customization to support product and platform scalability.

Integrations & Platform Enhancements

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability through best coding practices.
• Support Salesforce package development and deployment across environments.
• Work closely with architects to implement secure, high-performance Salesforce applications.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues and production incidents.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high engineering standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 57 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform customization.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and API-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
• Experience with Flows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud or similar domain implementations is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with OmniStudio, MuleSoft, or managed package development is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
