About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing delivery team. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, business-focused Salesforce solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience with modern Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and emerging AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
You will work closely with architects, business analysts, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and Responsibilities : Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
- Build and optimize triggers, batch jobs, queueable/future methods, and asynchronous processing
- Develop reusable and high-performance Lightning Web Components
- Implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries ensuring platform performance and governor limit compliance
- Apply Salesforce security best practices including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security
AI & Agentforce Expertise
- Configure and customize Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Build custom Agent Actions using Apex and Flows
- Work with Prompt Builder and Prompt Templates for Generative AI use cases
- Understand Einstein Copilot capabilities and Copilot Actions
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud concepts including unified profiles, data streams, and grounding techniques
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce AI and Agentic Automation & APIs :
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs with proper authentication and error handling
- Configure Named Credentials and Auth Providers
- Work with Bulk API for large-scale data operations and migrations
- Implement integration patterns using Flows, APIs, and Platform & Collaboration :
- Work with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and source-driven development
- Manage repositories using Git and follow branching/version control best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or GitHub Actions
- Develop robust Apex test classes and maintain required code coverage standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
