Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer

Job Description:

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience of Solution Architecture for Salesforce Transformation Engagements
• Experience in engaging with business and IT stakeholders for designing Salesforce solutions
• Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Industry involving Salesforce applications
• Strong spoken and written communication/articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints (timelines and others)
• Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
• A proven team player
• Proven CXO engagement skills

Must Have Experience:

• 15 + years of experience with multiple customers, having proven client facing tenures
• Experience in 5 end to end Salesforce Transformations, of which at least 3 as Solution Architect
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution architecture for end to end Transformation programs
• Establish/strengthen Salesforce Architecture best practices within the ESU
• Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization
• Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership
• Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration around Salesforce
• Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices
• Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer.
