Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce CRM and related technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework.
- Design and implement customer-facing interfaces and custom components.
- Work on Apex DML, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Test Classes.
- Manage data modeling, data migration, and deduplication.
- Build and maintain sites hosted on Force.com or Site.com.
- Develop custom objects, reports, and dashboards for sales and marketing needs.
- Implement APIs & Integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, including SSO configuration and role-based access.
- Perform code reviews, solution design, and system assessments.
- Support Customer Communities and maintain Lightning Components via Lightning App Builder.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data management.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOPs).
- Experience with MySQL, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of Java, C#, .NET.
- Expertise in APIs & Integrations, Batch Classes, and data migration.
- Ability to create user-friendly designs and custom styling for dynamic components.
Good-to-Have
- Salesforce Certification (App Builder / Platform Developer).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- B.E/B.Tech degree.
- Team player with ability to manage and mentor junior developers.
