Work Model

- Hybrid: 2 weeks Work From Office + 2 weeks Work From Home
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business requirements
- Write clean, scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC
- Build and maintain Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows
- Support Salesforce administration activities including user setup, permissions, security, and data models
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Maintain proper documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified: Platform Developer I (mandatory), PD II (preferred)
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong experience in Apex (classes, triggers – batchable, schedulable)
- Proficiency in Visualforce pages and controllers
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience and LWC
- Working knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, SQL, and ETL processes
- Frontend knowledge: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (configuration rules, quote templates)
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
