Job Description

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune, Bangalore

Expereince: 7-12 Years

Work Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex development, Lightning components, integrations, and platform configuration to support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows.
  • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom analytics solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities following Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce CRM development.
  • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web service integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
