Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning (Aura & LWC) to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead complex implementations, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and integrations
- Architect scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and security standards
- Perform code reviews, ensure quality, and enforce development standards
- Collaborate with Admins, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (as applicable)
- Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
