Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices
• Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, production releases, and release management
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and AI capabilities

Requirements

1Strong Senior Salesforce Developer Profile with Apex, LWC, and integration expertise and Salesforce certification

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools

3Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have led the design, development, and deployment of customised Salesforce solutions, and architected scalable, secure, high-performance solutions following best practices.

4Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.

5Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have experience customising Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and managing deployments — sandbox management, production releases, release strategy.

6Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have proven experience in custom integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration (Salesforce ↔ external systems via middleware/third-party tools).

7Mandatory (Tech skill 4): Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JS framework (React or Angular preferred).

8Mandatory (Tech skill 5): Must have experience mentoring junior developers, with strong leadership, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and excellent debugging/performance-optimisation skills

9Mandatory (Tech skill 6): Must have experience with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Lightning Experience/LWC

10Mandatory (Certifications): Must hold one of Salesforce Platform Developer I & II/Salesforce Administrator certification along with one or more of Einstein AI/Agentforce/Tableau certifications

11Mandatory (Education): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

12Mandatory (Documentation): Valid passport mandatory
