Senior Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a senior Salesforce professional who can combine strong hands-on development skills with the ability to understand the bigger business picture, work directly with customers, and lead technical delivery with confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing thoughtful solutions, taking ownership without needing micromanagement, and guiding clients and team members through smart, scalable technical decisions. Experience building or contributing to Salesforce AppExchange packages is a major plus.

You'll also play a key role in shaping how we build ,establishing development standards, improving our internal engineering practices, and helping define the technical direction of the company as we grow. As the team expands, this role has a clear path toward becoming the technical leader across our projects.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom modules
• Develop high-quality Apex, LWC, and integration components
• Work directly with customers to understand business goals and translate them into smart technical designs
• Lead the end-to-end technical execution of features and enhancements
• Ensure solutions follow security, data visibility, and platform best practices
• Contribute to and influence how we develop standards, frameworks, and engineering processes
• Provide guidance and support to other developers and admins
• Help shape packaging strategies and reusable components, including AppExchange-ready features
• Stay informed on Salesforce updates and bring forward ideas for improvements and innovation

What We're Looking For

Core Strengths

• Strong Salesforce development experience with real-world delivery
• Ability to understand why a solution is needed, not just how to build it
• Comfortable working directly with customers and leading technical conversations
• Able to take ownership independently without constant oversight
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and data architecture
• Experience with Git, SFDX, and collaborative development workflows
• Several Salesforce certifications showing depth and commitment

Bonus Experience

• Building or contributing to Salesforce AppExchange packages
• Integration work (REST, middleware, platform events, etc.)
• Familiarity with DevOps and automated deployments
• Experience in consulting or startup environments
