About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration capabilities.
• Implement and support solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable components.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and web services.
• Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
• Participate in deployment activities, CI/CD processes, and release management.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in:
• Apex Classes & Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory/preferred).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is a plus.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud would be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
