Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Manage code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Guide and mentor developers, administrators, and junior team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, flows
• Proficiency in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps tools for Salesforce
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, role hierarchy, sharing rules
• Ability to design scalable solutions and optimize performance

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Salesforce certifications preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
