- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and solution design
- Expert in Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console, Chatbots, and Escalation Rules
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations (standard and custom solutions)
- Extensive experience in system integrations using APIs and third-party platforms
- Skilled in designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills
- Proven leadership ability with experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Track record of delivering enterprise-scale, high-impact CRM solutions
