Sr Salesforce Developer Lead

Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Engagement: Contractual

Duration: 6 months upto 1 year

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

* 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

* Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

* Experience in Salesforce integrations, data migration, and deployment tools.

Others:

* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

* Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

* Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, and security settings.

* Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs.

* Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.

* Troubleshoot issues and ensure high system performance.

* Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements.
