Senior Salesforce Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Salesforce Developer to provide short-term staff augmentation solutions and development support for our Salesforce platfor. This role will assist with accelerating delivery across an existing project backlog of enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements while maintaining platform stability.

What You'll Do:

• Execute against a prioritized backlog of Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes, and technical improvements
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
• Support and enhance integration between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., PSA, ERP, marketing platforms)
• Partner with Product Owners, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders to refine and deliver business requirements
• Improve and optimize existing automation, workflows, and system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and technical defects across the platform
• Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall platform quality and maintainability
