Job description:
- Sr Service Cloud Developer + Integrations + AI Years of experience: 5-8 Must Have: -Experience with developing lightning components –LWC (At least 2 Projects) - Design and development of data migration routines using Bulk Load API - Design and development of integration routines using SFDC APIs - Design and development tasks for integrating Salesforce to middleware like Mulesoft. - Design and development custom coding skills using Apex - Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud – Case Management , Email to Case , Omnichannel *(CTI , Text ), Decision tree , Chat bot, Knowledge Management etc . -Experience with App Exchange Products – Selection Integration - Agile delivery experience, design and development skills - Salesforce Admin , Developer Service Cloud certifications - Prior project experience as an integration analyst on at least one project - Experience with MuleSoft/Azure Integration; Salesforce Integration patterns, authentication methods. - Knowledge of data loading tools (Data Loader, Bulk API). - Experience with DocuSign for Salesforce - Hands-on with Einstein for Service/Agentforce, Flows, Omni-Channel, and analytics. - Familiarity with prompt engineering/safety for AI features; compliance considerations
