Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in building and publishing applications on the Salesforce AppExchange. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an ISV or product-based environment and understands managed packaging, security review processes, and multi-tenant application design.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce DX, and AppExchange deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications intended for AppExchange distribution
- Build and manage managed packages and oversee AppExchange publishing lifecycle
- Lead technical efforts related to Salesforce Security Review, compliance, and best practices
- Architect multi-tenant Salesforce solutions optimized for scalability and performance
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and UI solutions using modern Salesforce frameworks
- Work with Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and packaging strategies (1GP/2GP)
- Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Implement robust security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ISV development standards
- Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and QA during release cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience publishing applications on Salesforce AppExchange
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid expertise in Salesforce App Builder and platform customization
- Strong programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Deep understanding of Salesforce packaging models (Managed Packages preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Security Review process and ISV best practices
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and performance optimization
- Platform Developer I or II Certification
- Platform App Builder Certification
- JavaScript Developer I Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing ISV products or multi-tenant Salesforce applications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX and second-generation packaging (2GP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar
- Experience with external integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
