Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer (OmniStudio Specialist) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce OmniStudio components. Experience in Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.
This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design capability, and hands-on development experience across Salesforce customization, integrations, and deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio.
- Build and configure OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with architects, business analysts, and functional consultants.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Maintain high code quality through version control, peer code reviews, and adequate unit test coverage.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance and scalability.
- Participate in full SDLC including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure compliance with platform and security standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio:
- FlexCards
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Vlocity Data Model
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Experience with deployment tools such as SFDX and version control systems like Git.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domain.
