Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 810 years of enterprise-grade Salesforce delivery experience to lead development, design scalable customizations, manage integrations, and contribute to architecture decisions. This role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integration patterns, and deployment pipelines. The position will closely collaborate with business and product stakeholders and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce custom development using:

Apex Classes & Triggers

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components (for legacy modules)

Batch, Queueable, Future & Scheduled Apex

SOQL/SOSL optimization

Platform Events / CDC / Pub-Sub models

Lead requirement translation into scalable technical designs, data models, and system workflows

Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems via:

REST & SOAP APIs

OAuth 2.0 / JWT / Connected Apps

Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, Dell Boomi, Kafka, etc.)

Lead CI/CD and DevOps practices using:

SFDX

Git

Copado / Gearset / Jenkins

Sandbox and environment management

Guide data migration activities using:

Data Loader / Import Wizard / ETL tools

Bulk API / Composite API

Enforce secure development and sharing model best practices (sharing rules, FLS, Profiles, Permission Sets)

Conduct technical code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with governor limits

Work with Salesforce Admin, Architect, QA, BA, and Product teams in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles

Troubleshoot production issues and support release deployments

Contribute to architectural decision-making and solution design reviews

Required Skills & Experience

Technical:

810 years Salesforce platform development experience

Strong proficiency in:

• Apex (Advanced)
• Lightning Web Components (Advanced)
• API Integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Event-Driven Models (Platform Events, CDC)
• Deployment Pipelines (DevOps)
• Data Model and Schema Design
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, LDV (Large Data Volume) patterns, and performance tuning
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud modules

Development Tools:

VS Code

Copado / Gearset / Jenkins

Git / Bitbucket / Azure DevOps

Postman / SOAP UI

Jira / Confluence

Soft Skills:

Strong communication with client & product stakeholders

Ability to lead technical discussions & design reviews

Education

• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA / Equivalent CS/IT degree
