Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Copado-based DevOps/CI-CD processes. The role involves developing scalable Salesforce solutions, handling deployments, integrations, and working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Must Have Skills
- 6+ years of overall software development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience in:
- Apex
- SOQL
- Salesforce customization & configuration
- 3+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 2+ years of experience with Copado (CI/CD & DevOps)
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce architecture
- Governor limits
- Standard & custom objects
- Experience with Git/version control and branching strategies
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployments and metadata management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good coding skills (coding evaluation involved)
Good to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect certifications, etc.)
- Experience with:
- Salesforce CPQ
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce DX and VS Code
- Understanding of data migration and security best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs
- Build responsive UI components using LWC
- Manage Salesforce deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Copado
- Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure platform security and best practices compliance
- Collaborate with business and functional teams for requirement gathering

Compensation
- Budget up to ₹30 LPA
