What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex classes/triggers, integrations, and admin tools.
- Interpret business requirements and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Balance structured project work with fast-moving internal requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Participate in design/code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Manage and delegate work to other developers and 3rd party consultants when needed.
- Investigate and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Stay on top of new Salesforce features and broader tech trends.
- Help train and support business users across departments.
What We're Looking For
- 35+ years in Salesforce development.
- 2+ years working with Salesforce Lightning.
- Strong experience with: Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Platform Events, Flows and Custom API Integrations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture and sharing rules.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related fieldor equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and growing organization.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Apex-managed sharing and manual sharing logic.
- Familiarity with AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda).
- Strong eye for UI/UX and CSS styling.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect) are a plus.
- Experience with development languages such as Python
