Senior Salesforce Developer (ServiceMax), Chennai (Onsite)
Location: Chennai (onsite)
Shift: UK shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST)
Experience: 7+ years overall, with 5 to 7+ years in Salesforce development
Openings: 3

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work on enterprise implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce, with at least 1 year of ServiceMax experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Build custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, SOQL, and web services
- Develop user experiences with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Configure and develop solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop and support Agentforce solutions and integrations
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
- Follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, order of execution, and coding standards in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
- 5 to 7+ years of Salesforce development and 3+ full Salesforce implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Minimum 1 year of ServiceMax experience
- Strong back-end skills: Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable and Batch Apex, SOQL
- Solid understanding of governor limits and order of execution
- Experience with LWC and Aura components
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, and ETL tools
- Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities
- Version control with Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps
- Deployment tools such as VS Code/SFDX, Copado, or Gearset
- Experience in large enterprise Salesforce environments and Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
