We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will bring 6–7 years of Salesforce development experience, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive customer success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Implement and enhance Agentforce solutions to improve agent workflows and customer support outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and APIs.
- Ensure best practices in data security, governance, and integration across Salesforce platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and oversee deployments to production.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend adoption of new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of total experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, workflows, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar).
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
