Job Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications that drive business success. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
- Support deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth release cycles.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I & II).
- Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI-driven Salesforce features and automation.
