Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Chennai, Trichy
Experience: 3 - 10 years Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange and automation.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architecture and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Understanding of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to create dynamic and configurable UIs and service processes is highly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 -10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, and batch processing.
- Any Salesforce Industry cloud like PSS or Health Cloud experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
- Experience in building scalable integrations using APIs and working with middleware solutions.
- Exposure to Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders effectively.
Certifications Required:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Preferred/Highly Desirable
- Salesforce Omnistudio developer - Preferred Any Salesforce Industry certification – Nice to Have
Education:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
