Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Ensure best practices in coding, governance, security, and performance optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead code reviews, deployments, and release management using CI/CD tools.
• Manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Provide technical leadership in Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and architecture decisions.
• Support production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture.
• Ability to lead teams and manage technical delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications such as:
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Application Architect
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, CPQ or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Rebate Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
