Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Technical Lead to lead our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding the development team in designing scalable and maintainable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, architect technical solutions, and provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and industry trends. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team, including mentoring and coaching junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features, technologies, and tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner with project managers to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect).
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
