Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate can independently translate business requirements into technical architectures with minimal supervision from leads or architects and communicate effectively with technical platform owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Customization: Build custom solutions using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flow automations, and Asynchronous Apex.
- Architecture & Solution Design: Design scalable Salesforce solution architectures utilizing best practices for data models, security controls, and performance.
- Integrations: Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms, utilizing Salesforce APIs, Web Services, Middleware (e.g., Talend), and API Proxies (e.g., Apigee).
- Package Management & Deployment: Develop and maintain Managed Packages or 2nd Generation Packages (2GP). Manage deployments using Gearset or similar CI/CD tools.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across Sales Cloud and the Lightning Framework.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Salesforce Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Salesforce Architecture, Security Controls, and the Lightning Framework.
- Package Development: Demonstrated experience working with Managed Package Services or 2GP(Mandatory).
- Middleware & APIs: Hands-on experience with API integrations, Web Services, and Middleware tools (Talend/Apigee).
- Autonomy: Proven ability to deliver end-to-end components independently with minimal guidance.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct collaboration with platform owners and stakeholders.
- Performance Standard: Strong track record of technical execution (minimum target rating of 3/5 or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools, preferably Gearset.
