We are hiring a Salesforce Senior Developer Agentforce Engineer for our client.

Position overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer in India (on-site) to design, develop, and implement intelligent Salesforce solutions that leverage Agentforce, AI, and Data Cloud to transform customer and agent experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about AI in Salesforce, combining technical problem-solving skills with a strong product mindset. You will build next-generation service automation, AI copilots, and data-driven experiences, bridging the gap between traditional Salesforce and the agentic enterprise era.

This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role for a top performer who can research, prototype, and implement AI solutions that make a real business impact.

What you will do

Design and build intelligent solutions

  • Develop and deploy Agentforce-powered automations and copilots within Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud
  • Integrate AI models, prompt templates, and Einstein Trust Layer components to create secure, explainable AI workflows
  • Work with Data Cloud for identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time insights that enhance AI-driven experiences
  • Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations to connect Agentforce with external data or apps
  • Conduct R&D on new Salesforce AI features, evaluating tools like Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and Einstein 1 Platform for production readiness

AI, data, and debugging excellence

  • Debug and optimize AI workflows, improving accuracy, latency, and performance
  • Design feedback loops and metrics to measure AI effectiveness and model performance
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure structured and harmonized data flow between Salesforce and external systems

Client engagement and solutioning

  • Partner with clients to identify AI and automation use cases aligned with business goals
  • Communicate complex AI and data concepts in simple, business-friendly language
  • Collaborate with architects and PMs to define technical strategy, sprint goals, and delivery milestones

Innovation and knowledge sharing

  • Lead internal R&D efforts on Agentforce and Data Cloud use cases
  • Contribute to blogs, case studies, or internal AI knowledge sessions
  • Mentor developers on AI and automation best practices

What you bring

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization
  • Proven delivery experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and at least one Sales Cloud implementation
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Integrations, and Platform Events
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control
  • Exposure to Agentforce and Data Cloud (preferred and highly valued)

Technical strengths

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and integration design
  • R&D-oriented mindset, enjoys exploring new tech, solving tough problems, and experimenting with AI
  • Experience with Voice integrations or conversational AI (preferred)
  • Ability to turn prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions
