***This is a hybrid role based in Chennai (Ambattur). Candidates currently based in Chennai or Tamil Nadu will be preferred***

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who can build scalable Salesforce solutions and work across integrations with external systems. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Apex and LWC along with exposure to full-stack environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async) and LWC components
• Build automation using Flows and validation rules
• Implement integrations using REST APIs
• Handle debugging, log analysis, and performance optimization
• Work with frontend/backend teams for system integration
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL
• Sales Cloud (mandatory) + one additional cloud (Service / Experience / Marketing)
• Experience in Salesforce security model (OWD, Roles, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets)
• Strong understanding of Flows and when to use Flow vs Apex
• Experience in REST API integrations and error handling
• Full-Stack (Mandatory Exposure)
• Frontend: JavaScript (mandatory) + React / Angular / Vue
• Backend: Java / Python / .NET / Golang / Node.js (any one)
• Understanding of API flow and frontend-backend interaction

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer I certification
• Experience Cloud / Portal development
• CI/CD exposure
