Job Description -

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions. This role involves advanced Apex/LWC development, integrations, performance tuning, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, disciplined development practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality features in regulated environments

Roles & Responsibilities -

Core Development & Integration

• Build advanced Apex classes, LWC components, and reusable modules.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, callouts, and authentication patterns.
• Optimize performance with governor-limit-aware designs.

Testing & Deployment

• Support UAT, defect triage, and production stabilization.
• Contribute to release readiness and deployment activities.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Act as backup lead for projects.
• Mentor developers and support intern training tasks.

Configuration & Security

• Apply Salesforce data modeling and schema hygiene.
• Configure Flows, validation rules, approvals, and reports/dashboards.
• Implement security and sharing models (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, FLS).

Required Skills

• Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing best practices.
• Salesforce data modeling and schema hygiene.
• Configuration & automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals).
• Security & sharing configuration.
• Integration patterns and debugging (payload analysis, logs).
• Git and disciplined development workflow.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ.
• Certifications: Platform Developer I (preferred), Platform Developer II (nice to have).
• Full-stack development exposure.
• DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Git branching, deployment discipline).

• Delivery of complex stories with minimal rework.
• Integration stability and faster defect resolution
