We're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Platform Engineer to join our team and drive innovation across our Salesforce ecosystem. If you are passionate about DevOps, automation, and building scalable Salesforce solutionsthis role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement & optimize DevOps processes for Salesforce using Gearset, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
- Manage identity & access (SSO, OAuth, user provisioning) in alignment with security standards.
- Ensure Salesforce security compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Configure lowcode Salesforce tools following governance best practices.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Required Technical Skills
- Strong Salesforce admin & lowcode expertise (Flows, Validation Rules).
- Proven experience in Apex and LWC development.
- Handson DevOps experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
- Identity & access management (SSO, OAuth, Profiles, Permission Sets).
- Knowledge of Salesforce security standards in a global enterprise.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, automation frameworks, and testing strategies.
- Conga CPQ, Conga Composer, XAuthor experience is a plus.
- Agent force knowledge is beneficial.
Relevant Experience
- 510 years in Salesforce development/platform engineering.
- Previous Lead Developer experience is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
- Strong communication & problemsolving skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams and tools like Jira.
