Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant (5–8 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, collaborate effectively within teams, and have deep expertise across Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Exposure to additional Salesforce products and tools will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce best practices
• Configure and customize Salesforce (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, etc.)
• Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and solution presentations
• Ensure high-quality delivery through proper testing and documentation
• Support integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of Salesforce consulting/development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Hands-on experience with:
• Flows and Process Automation
• Apex, Triggers, and LWC
• Reports and Dashboards
• Salesforce Integration
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Middleware)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with additional Salesforce products (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, FSL,E-commerce etc.)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, etc)
• Salesforce certifications PD2
• Hands on experience in Agentforce
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education:
