Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Develop triggers, workflows, and automation aligned with business requirements.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Manage data integrity, security, migration, and data operations using Data Loader and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote Salesforce development best practices.
- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing and ensure quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve performance, usability, and development processes.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise applications.
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong ownership, self-management, collaboration, and willingness to share technical expertise.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
