Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while mentoring the team and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development and solution design.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce.
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
- Handle data migration and system integrations.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch & Async processing.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Integration experience with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules.
- Experience in Git, Copado, or other DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
- Experience in multi-org architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
