Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a global organisation currently undergoing a major Salesforce transformation and significantly expanding its India Development Center in Bangalore. The business is building out its Salesforce capability across Sales and Service, with several major transformation and integration projects underway.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the growing Salesforce team in Bangalore. This is a highly hands-on development position for someone with strong Salesforce technical experience who wants the opportunity to develop towards an Architect-level role.

You will work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting a large-scale Salesforce implementation covering sales and customer service processes. A major focus will be the integration of call-centre technology into Salesforce Service Cloud, so previous contact-centre/CTI integration experience would be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Build, customise and enhance Salesforce applications supporting sales and customer-service teams
• Support call-centre/contact-centre integrations with Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with wider enterprise platforms
• Work closely with Salesforce Architects and technical teams across India and the US
• Support the wider Salesforce transformation across sales, service and automation
• Contribute to technical design and architecture while remaining hands-on with development

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Excellent knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Previous experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Call-centre / CTI integration experience within Service Cloud is highly desirable
• Genesys + Salesforce integration experience would be ideal
• Strong hands-on technical capability – this is not a purely architectural position
• Comfortable working within a hybrid global delivery environment
• Ambition and capability to progress towards a Salesforce Architect position
