About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a small team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
2. Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical specifications and solutions.
3. Provide detailed level-of-effort (LOE) estimates for proposed solutions.
4. Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
5. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.
8. Mentor and manage a small team of developers when required.

What We Are Looking For

●      5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

●      Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning and LWC.

●      Solid experience in system integration with Salesforce.

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

●      High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.

●      Ability to guide and manage a small development team.

●      Salesforce certifications (Developer/Platform Developer I & II, Lightning, etc.) will be a plus.
