Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong exposure to the real estate domain and hands-on expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate will combine deep technical Salesforce skills with an understanding of property lifecycle, customer journeys, and field service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with real estate business processes such as:
- Lead management
- Customer lifecycle
- Property workflows
- Service operations
- Configure and customize Field Service Lightning (FSL) for:
- Work orders
- Service appointments
- Scheduling and dispatching
- Resource utilization
- Develop custom solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Triggers
- SOQL
- Flows
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, finance, document management, property platforms).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Participate in testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post-production support.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of total experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, Flows
- Salesforce customization and configuration
- Proven experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations or support
- Domain experience in:
- Real estate
- Property management
- Construction or related industries
- Experience with system integrations and complex business workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and process mapping
- Exposure to:
- Property lifecycle management
- PropTech ecosystems
- Ability to independently handle medium to complex development tasks
Experience
- 6–8 years total professional experience
- 6–7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
- Suitable for Senior Consultant / Senior Developer level
