Senior Salesforce Developer (Experience Cloud + Headless CMS Integration)

Location: Remote (Permanent Work from Home)

Work Hours: Overlap with U.S. time zone up to 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Experience Cloud and modern headless CMS integration. The ideal candidate will combine robust backend Salesforce development experience with solid UI and web development capabilities delivering scalable, high-quality, and accessible digital experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Product Managers, UX experts, and Delivery Leads to translate complex business needs into scalable, well-architected Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Design and develop backend components, custom integrations, and APIs connecting Salesforce with headless CMS platforms (preferably Sanity) and other external systems.
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performing Experience Cloud sites compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Enhance site functionality with personalization, multilingual content, and SEO optimization features.
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, Bitbucket, or GitHub for automated, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conduct peer reviews, and follow Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features, Experience Cloud enhancements, and modern web technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Experience (Community) Cloud.
• Proven experience integrating headless CMS platforms Sanity preferred (experience with Contentful, Adobe, or WordPress is an advantage).
• Strong backend development experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC, React, Bootstrap, SLDS, Material Design).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset or similar).
• Proficient with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket) including branching and merging strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II and JavaScript Developer I preferred.
