Key Responsibilities
Administration:
- Manage roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, and
validation rules.
- Design and implement automation using low code solutions such as Flow.
- Configure changes to support maintenance, security updates, and fixes.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, using tools such as data loader and
deduplication tools.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Development
- Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development and
deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage large-scale data migrations and reconciliation.
- Integrate business applications with Salesforce to meet organizational needs.
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Facilitate discovery sessions and document detailed business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes for
developing custom solutions.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project life cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing) administration and
development.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (Platform
Developer II is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative
tools.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
