Senior Salesforce Developer

Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce, with significant experience in business

analysis, functional consulting, solution design, or architecture. -

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud. - Experience working with Education Data Architecture (EDA) and education-sector business

processes.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and the Salesforce ecosystem. - Experience in business architecture, solution architecture, requirements analysis, and

process design. -

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, reporting, automation, and

integrations. -

Experience working with senior business stakeholders and conducting

requirement/discovery workshops. -

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs. -

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred. -

Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including understanding of integration

patterns and data flows.

Strong understanding of data migration, data quality, and data governance concepts.

Excellent documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management

skills.

Ability to work independently and lead architecture discussions with clients.

Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant certification. - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification. - Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification. - Salesforce Administrator and/or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certifications. - Experience working with universities, colleges, higher-education institutions, or education

technology organizations. - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Tableau is an added advantage.
