Job Description -

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role is pivotal in supporting our CPQ support team, managing daily incidents, and ensuring seamless Salesforce operations. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and driving the transition of CPQ functions into FSC.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Resolve daily CPQ incidents and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Support Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for first-level CPQ support, providing expert guidance to users.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and validate CPQ requirements.
• Change Backlog Assistance: Help manage and prioritize CPQ enhancements for smooth delivery.
• Team Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Transition Support: Lead the migration of CPQ functions into Financial Services Cloud (FSC), ensuring best practices and smooth integration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong focus on CPQ and FSC.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, development, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior talent is highly desirable.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Technical Architect) are a plus.
