Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Bengaluru. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging Salesforce tools and technologies. Daily responsibilities include programming, integrating third-party applications, debugging, and optimizing technical configurations. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable solutions, following Salesforce best practices and development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (Preferred but not mandatory)
• 3 - 6 years of experience as Salesforce Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer
• Solid experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization options, including Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and SOQL/SOSL
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development lifecycle tools
• Problem-solving mindset with experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team setting
• Experience in consulting or working with multiple clients is a plus.
• Experience in direct client interaction and collaboration is a plus.
