About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead Salesforce application development, customization, integrations, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution architecture while providing technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development and implementation projects.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure platform scalability, governance, and security compliance.
