Role Overview
Kooe Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote delivery team on a contract basis. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
- Implement and enhance solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Build custom business logic using triggers, batch Apex, queueable, and scheduled jobs
- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Support deployments using CI/CD pipelines and version control tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Expert-level skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data access
- Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Schedulers)
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud and Omni-Channel
- Agile/Scrum development experience
