About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong track record in delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. This role demands deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice along with advanced configuration and integration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice (Amazon Connect).
• Implement advanced Flows, analytics, and enterprise integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer certification(s).
• 7+ years Salesforce experience (5+ years as Developer).
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce analytics and complex Flows.
• Experience with integrations (Boomi, SAP, PowerBI, Workday).

Nice to Have

• Commerce Cloud and/or CPQ experience.
• JIRA Projects & ServiceNow knowledge.
