Job Summary

Hands-on Salesforce Senior Developer / Admin who serves as Cubic's primary resource for Salesforce configuration, development, and day-to-day integrations. You will design and build secure, scalable solutions across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform) and coordinate integration work with ERP (SAP ECC preferred) and other enterprise systems in partnership with the Enterprise Applications and Architecture teams. You work directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translate needs into user stories and prototypes, and deliver working software using disciplined configuration and development practices. This is an individual-contributor role.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Configure & Build

• Translate business needs into declarative-first designs implement with Flows and configuration, using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex for well-justified use cases.
• Maintain data/object models, record types, and sharing/security settings in line with established standards monitor performance and governor limits.
• Maintain/modernize legacy Visualforce or controller extensions where needed build reusable components and admin-friendly configurations.

Integrations & Data

• Implement and support integration patterns (sync/async, platform events, REST/SOAP, MuleSoft or equivalent) with SAP ECC (IDoc/BAPI/REST) and adjacent platforms, in collaboration with integration and architecture teams.
• Execute data migration and data quality routines assist with reconciliation of ERP-connected objects where applicable.

Delivery & DevOps

• Contribute to user stories and acceptance criteria estimate, plan, and deliver work items with clear outcomes.
• Develop Apex classes/triggers with appropriate test coverage for new code configure validation rules, dynamic forms, and permissions.
• Support environment management activities (Dev/SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod) including test data setup and basic deployment/rollback coordination.

Operations & Support

• Monitor platform health, SLAs, and integration jobs troubleshoot issues and collaborate with peers to drive root-cause fixes.
• Support release calendars and change approvals aligned to ITSM (incident/problem/change) keep functional documentation and admin guides current.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Implement and maintain least-privilege access models, SSO/MFA, and external access controls under the guidance of Security and Enterprise Architecture.
• Follow established data retention/masking standards and participate in audits, vulnerability remediation, and DR testing led by Security and Infrastructure teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Value

• Partner with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations to understand processes, refine requirements, and prototype solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and demos produce clear configuration notes, how-to guides, and end-user enablement materials.

Minimum Job Requirements

Experience

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, with at least 2-3 years as a senior administrator or senior developer delivering business solutions.
• Proven experience building with Flows and configuration, plus exposure to LWC, Apex, platform events, and modern integration approaches.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with ERP (SAP ECC preferred) and/or other core business systems experience with MuleSoft or a similar iPaaS is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently as the primary Salesforce resource, manage a backlog of requests, and communicate clearly with technical and business partners.

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I required.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are preferred but not required additional certifications (Platform Developer II, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Integration Architecture Designer, Security & Identity) are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
