Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in leading teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a proven track record of working on cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3-4 developers, review their code, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Accountable for the delivery of assigned features for the team.
• Conduct code reviews, proof of concepts, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and SIT Testing team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Preferably more than one Salesforce Certification Architect Certifications and Platform Developer 2 certifications are added advantages.
• Experience in cloud transformation projects focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience in Agile Methodology or SDLC practices in delivering component, product, and/or enterprise architecture in public cloud and/or hybrid ecosystems.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Core Salesforce development concepts – APEX, LWC, Visualforce pages, API programming.
• Experience in Salesforce Omnistudio or Salesforce B2B Commerce.
• Good UI/UX skills and ability to develop UI pages aligned with Company UX standards using LWC or similar frameworks.
• Experience in integration of 3rd party applications into Salesforce using both Web-based technologies (SOAP, REST API) and integration/Middleware.
• Strong exposure to DevOps processes and hands-on experience on deployment to Salesforce using GitHub.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AWS, Heroku, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or HTML5.
• Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform.
