Senior Salesforce Developer (8+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and business-driven Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged as a true enabler of growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development
- Architect, design, and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Ensure clean, reusable, and optimized code through peer reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- DevOps & Deployment
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
- Drive automation and efficiency in deployment processes.
- Governance & Security
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security model, data architecture, and governance standards.
- Proactively identify risks and recommend scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
- Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications (preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with AppExchange solutions (Conga, DocuSign, CPQ).
- Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations with multi-cloud integrations.
