What you need:
- Mandatory skills: Salesforce, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience with strong expertise in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations), along with Java and JavaScript.
- Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, troubleshooting complex platform issues, and following architectural best practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and clean, maintainable coding practices.
- Ability to work independently while mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with Salesforce certifications and manufacturing or supply chain domain experience being an added advantage.
What you would do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Drive technical excellence by writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, and promoting Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with global product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable, high-performance solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimise platform performance, and leverage CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality releases.
- Mentor team members, contribute to system design and architecture discussions, create technical documentation, and continuously improve the platform through innovation.
